Speaking of the Browns, can you imagine the reaction Brock Osweiler will get from the NRG Stadium fans if he's Cleveland's starting quarterback? The Browns said this week he would be given a chance to win the job. They don't have to play three consecutive games on the road. They do play three consecutive games at home against Tennessee, Kansas City and Cleveland before their week off Oct. 22. New England, Pittsburgh, Kansas City and Seattle were division winners.

The Colts have been 8-8 in back to back years and may not be any better without any significant changes this offseason. Any momentum the Texans could be building up from Week 6 could dissipate with a tough road game. While it is nice to have an extra week to game plan against Seahawks coach Pete Carroll, it is still tough to walk into Seattle and grab a win.

Houston defeated Kansas City, 19-12, at home in Week 2 last season. This will be the third consecutive year the Chiefs travel to NRG Stadium. Phase One consists of the first two weeks of the program with activities limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.
This could be a revenge match for the Texans as they travel up to Foxboro for a repeat of the 2016 divisional round playoff loss. The Patriots are hot off another Super Bowl and do not easily lose to teams. No matter how good the Houston defense is in 2017, Tom Brady could find a way to pick it apart. Kansas City didn't have too much breathing room in their game with the Denver Broncos this past Sunday, but they still walked away with a win. The team ran away with 27 points in the first half and mostly just sat on those in the second to pick up the victory. Among those leading the charge for Kansas City was RB Jerick McKinnon, who caught seven passes for two TDs and 112 yards.
